Darell is a hands on contractor.  He will be supervising your construction project daily to ensure that only top quality material and outstanding workmanship are being provided for your home.  Darell chooses his subcontractors carefully based on quality of work and competitive bidding, which ensures cost effectiveness while maintaining a high standard of construction.  Darell obtains all required and suggested engineering of soils, foundation, beam, posts, and trusses.  He also obtains all required inspections from city, county and state authorities, and in addition has the engineer inspect throughout construction.

 Pam Amelang handles all marketing and advertising, lot purchase, sales and construction financing.  She formulates the bids, budget, specs and builder agreement.  In addition, Pam handles all of Hill Country’s customer contact regarding scheduling of builder, supplier and subcontractor meetings.  Pam will help walk you through, step by step, the many decisions ahead of you.
